Designer Metallic Systems

Our Designer Metallic systems are truly exceptional, offering endless possibilities. If you can conceive it, we can create it. Unlike our one-day garage systems, these systems require a more extensive installation period, typically spanning 3-4 days. We begin by preparing the floors through diamond grinding and repairing any damage. All joint lines and saw cuts are sealed to create a seamless surface. We then apply a base coat at a coverage rate of 75 sqft per gallon, allowing it to cure. The base coat is subsequently sanded, and the surface is meticulously cleaned with acetone to remove any debris. Once complete, we apply the design coat at a coverage rate of 25 sqft per gallon. After the design coat cures, the floor is sanded again, and a Polyaspartic or urethane topcoat is applied, depending on your specific requirements. Please allow 72 hours after completion for the finish to properly cure before use.
